Duties:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or senior care needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and record vital signs of individuals under your care
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with individuals
- Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and community activities

Skills:

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
